Small QOL Update

Hey everyone! This small update adds a few fixes, a shop, a health system, and a bestiary/journal to see all the creatures and machines you've killed

Currently the shop is a work in progress as we don't really know what to add  😅

PS: you may need to start a new game to gain the starting 3 hearts, as pre-existing savefiles will have 0 hearts (same for Phantasmal mode)
